Pay subcontractors under CIS with the right deduction, and produce the monthly CIS300 return, on Odoo Community.
What it does
- Subcontractors. UTR with check digit, company number, NI number, verification number and date, gross / net / higher rate; re-verification required when not paid in the current or two previous tax years.
- Deduction on labour only. Built on Odoo Community's withholding taxes: 20% or 30% on labour lines, never on materials or VAT, applied when the bill is paid.
- CIS300 monthly return. Tax month 6th to 5th, due on the 19th; payments, materials and deductions per subcontractor, checks, nil return, GovTalk XML with IRmark and SHA-256.
What it does not do
It does not file online nor verify subcontractors with HMRC from Odoo (premium), and it is not a payroll.

- Retenue sur la main-d'œuvre seulement. Construite sur les taxes de retenue d'Odoo Community : 20 % ou 30 % sur les lignes de main-d'œuvre, jamais sur les matériaux ni la TVA, appliquée au paiement.
- Déclaration mensuelle CIS300. Mois fiscal du 6 au 5, échéance le 19 ; paiements, matériaux et retenues par sous-traitant, contrôles, déclaration néant, XML GovTalk avec IRmark et SHA-256.
