Le devis devient un DQE : lots, sous-lots, codes et métrés, sans ressaisie.

Ce que fait le module

• Lots et sous-lots = sections et sous-sections natives du devis (sous-totaux natifs réutilisés).
• Codes hiérarchiques calculés (1, 1.2, 1.2.3) et référence CCTP facultative.
• Lignes de métré (nombre × longueur × largeur × hauteur) qui fixent la quantité.
• Rapports PDF : DQE avec sous-total par lot, BPU avec prix unitaires en lettres.

Ce qu'il ne fait pas

• Pas d'import/export tableur (module premium).
• La facturation à l'avancement est dans « Situations de travaux ».

Construction — bill of quantities (DQE)

The quotation becomes a bill of quantities: lots, sub-lots, codes and measurements, typed once.

What it does

• Lots and sub-lots are the native sections and sub-sections of the quotation.
• Computed hierarchical codes (1, 1.2, 1.2.3) and an optional specification reference.
• Measurement rows (number × length × width × height) set the quantity.
• PDF reports: DQE with a subtotal per lot, unit price schedule with prices in words.

What it does not do

• No spreadsheet import/export (premium module).
• Progress billing is in “Construction Progress Billing”.
