Tickets de support : formulaire public /support, suivi client dans le portail, kanban par étape
Support client simple et robuste pour les sites Omnifloo :
- formulaire public /support (visiteur anonyme) avec confirmation et lien de suivi tokenisé ;
- espace client /my/tickets (liste, détail, ajout de message) ;
- back-office « Support » : kanban par étape, liste, formulaire avec chatter ;
- configuration des étapes et catégories ; bloc glissable « Besoin d'aide ? ». Aucun envoi d'e-mail n'est requis pour fonctionner. V2 (20.0.1.1.0) :
- entrée « Support » ajoutée au menu de chaque site à l'installation ;
- groupe « Responsable support » : seul habilité à modifier étapes et catégories ;
- limite de débit du formulaire public : 5 tickets par heure et par adresse IP ou e-mail (réponse 429) ;
- client abonné au ticket ; accusé de réception et notifications client ↔ agent par e-mail uniquement si un serveur d'envoi sortant actif existe.
